St. Louis Public Radio will carry the Met Opera broadcast of Verdi’s Macbeth on their HD channel, KWMU-3 beginning at 12 noon. Approximate running time 3 hours, intermission at 1:20 p.m.
The Met says:
As the doomed couple, Thomas Hampson and Nadja Michael deliver the vocal fireworks of two of Verdi’s most challenging roles, Hampson for the first time at the Met and Michael in her company debut.
